They even helped find accessories to create a finished look.

“Allard + Roberts provided a complete design service for a new home in Black Mountain, NC. As an owner not present during the construction, we relied on Talli and team to provide all the details and selections (colors, tile, cabinets, woodwork, wood and carpet floors, bath and kitchen arrangements, lighting details, window treatments, and some furnishings) ahead of the builder. They also monitored the progress of the work to insure the design efforts were ahead of the builder’s schedule, and provided eyes and ears many times in our absence.

Only regret was that we did not hire them earlier in process, as there were opportunities to tweak the design that would have provided cost-saving benefits up front.
